About the event
The HikeHER Wellness Reset Hike is a faith-centered, women’s wellness experience designed to restore the body, renew the spirit, and foster meaningful connection.
The morning begins with a guided group hike at Cedar Ridge Preserve, followed by an indoor wellness reset experience at the Duncanville Recreation Center. Guests will enjoy a Soul Circle and spiritual reflection, curated wellness brand activations, and intentional community.
This experience is designed for women seeking movement, grounding, reflection, and renewal in a supportive, elevated environment.
