By RSVPing or attending any HikeHER Dallas walk, hike, or event, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk. HikeHER Dallas, its organizers, and volunteers are not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring they are physically able to participate in the activity.

• Wearing appropriate shoes, clothing, and bringing any personal items such as water, medications, etc.

• Following safety instructions and trail rules at all times.
