Color 'N' Calm is a guided meditation + intuitive color flow experience designed to help you reset, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself.
This is not a paint-and-sip or traditional art class. There are no brushes, no outlines, and no pressure to “get it right.” Instead, we begin with meditation and sound healing, then flow into creative release—using vibrant inks and your hands to express emotion and energy.
