What This Experience Looks Like

🌿 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM | Guided Group Hike (All Guests)

We begin the morning with intentional movement in nature — creating space to breathe, connect, and ground ourselves.

• Light movement

• Fresh air

• Meaningful conversations

• Prayer + reflection

✨ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Wellness Reset Experience (Paid Access Only)

This is where the real shift happens.

Inside the Wellness Reset, you’ll experience:

• Curated wellness vendors (B12 shots, massage therapy, herbal wellness, and more)

• Our signature Soul Circle — a guided reflection experience

• Community connection in a safe, uplifting space

• Giveaways and wellness samples
